Ticket Types

Event offers both general admission tickets and exclusive invite-only access. Invite-only tickets are strictly limited to individuals selected by the organizers, while general admission tickets are available for purchase. If you hold an invite-only ticket, your name must appear on the official guest list.

Non-Transferable Tickets

All tickets—whether general admission or invite-only—are non-transferable. Re-selling or transferring tickets is strictly prohibited. If you are unable to attend, please notify the organizers in advance. Guest substitutions for invite-only tickets are only allowed with prior written approval.

Invitation-Only Access (For Specific Events)

Certain high-profile portions of the event or after-parties may be strictly by invitation only. These invite-only segments are exclusive and limited to pre-selected guests. Invitations are personal and non-transferable. Guests not listed on the invite-only guest list will not be granted access to these sections, regardless of general admission ticket status.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. If the event is canceled by the organizers, you will be eligible for a full refund. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made by attendees. For invite-only guests, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you are unable to attend.

Lost, Stolen, or Misplaced Tickets

It is the responsibility of the attendee to keep track of their digital or physical ticket. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be reissued, and without a valid ticket and ID, entry will not be permitted.

Health & Safety Compliance

By purchasing or receiving a ticket, you agree to comply with all health and safety regulations.

Arrival & Entry Times

Late arrivals may not be admitted, particularly for invite-only segments of the event. Please ensure you arrive during the designated entry window and bring your ID along with your ticket confirmation.

No Re-Entry Policy

Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the event venue. Once you exit, your ticket becomes invalid for further entry. Plan accordingly.

Code of Conduct

We maintain a strict code of conduct to ensure a respectful atmosphere. Any form of disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal without refund. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest in violation of these terms.

Photography & Videography

Unauthorized photography or videography is prohibited. Official event photographers may be on-site, and by attending, you agree to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Guests attending invite-only segments should exercise discretion and refrain from sharing images or details publicly unless otherwise permitted.

Age Restrictions

The event is limited to individuals aged 18 and older. Please bring valid ID for entry.

Ticket Confirmation

A valid digital ticket or printed confirmation will be sent upon purchase or RSVP. If you do not receive your ticket confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at showcase@lesmirabilia.co.uk

Event Changes

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the line up, schedule, venue, or event details. Guests will be notified promptly of any major modifications. Refunds will not be issued for minor changes.
